  • Submitting a quote on our website is for inquiry purposes only and does not commit you to any rentals. Once submitted, we’ll receive a copy and contact you within eight business hours. If you don’t hear from us within that time, please reach out at [email protected] to confirm we received your request

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit and a credit card on file are required at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards. Final payment is due seven days before your scheduled delivery or will-call date. For weekend (Saturday or Sunday) deliveries, final payment is due the Friday of the week before the event.

  • Set-up is included with rentals of tents and lighting.

    Set-up and takedown for tables, chairs, and linens are available for an additional fee and require a layout in advance.

  • Delivery fees start at $125 and vary based on your event location and delivery conditions, including distance from our warehouse, stairs or elevator access, and how far we need to carry items from the truck.

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for unused items. Once the equipment leaves our warehouse, it's reserved exclusively for your event and unavailable for other rentals, as a result we cannot offer a refund if the equipment is not used. 

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled. Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled delivery or will-call date will incur 75% of the total rental charges. All orders cancelled within three days will incur 100% of the rental contract charges.
